How Program Funds Are Used
Program expenses represent the direct cost of serving people, including food and essential supplies distributed to families, in-kind donations, transportation and logistics for food pickups and deliveries, and program-related support required to carry out these services.
Management & Oversight
Management & General expenses support the legal, financial, and compliance infrastructure required to operate responsibly. These costs include insurance, office operations, sanitation services for pantry and storage spaces, and costs related to annual financial review and compliance.

Cleaning & Sanitation
Embrace of Celebration contracts a professional cleaning company to maintain sanitation of the food pantry, organize storage areas, and support moving assistance — including picking up and setting up donated furniture for families transitioning into stable housing.

In 2024, Bettina Grzeskowiak was the sole salaried employee of Embrace of Celebration.
Total compensation paid: $60,464 (salary and payroll taxes combined). No other salaries were paid.
All other services were provided by independent contractors.
